Bullseye AI LLC ("Bullseye AI," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Bullseye AI platform, including the website at bullseyeai.org and the Bullseye AI mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). 1.1 Information You Provide Directly
We collect information you provide when you create an account, including:

- Name (if provided)
- Password (stored in encrypted form — we never store plaintext passwords)
- Payment information (processed by our third-party payment processor — we do not store full credit card numbers)
- User preferences including default analysis mode, watchlist assets, and notification settings
- Any content you submit through the Ask Bullseye feature
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, we automatically collect:
- Log data including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and time spent
- Device information including device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
- Usage data including tickers analyzed, features used, analysis history, and interaction patterns
- Cookie and similar tracking technology data as described in Section 6
1.3 Information From Third Parties
We use the following third-party services that may collect information:
- Alpha Vantage — market data provider. Your ticker queries are transmitted to Alpha Vantage to retrieve market data. See Alpha Vantage's privacy policy at alphavantage.co.
- Anthropic — AI provider powering the Ask Bullseye feature. Conversations with Ask Bullseye are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. See Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
- Stripe — payment processor. Payment transactions are handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.
- NewsAPI / Alpha Vantage News — news sentiment data provider.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process your subscription and manage your account
- Deliver analysis results based on tickers you submit
- Personalize your experience based on your preferences and usage history
- Send you service-related communications including account confirmations, subscription receipts, and security alerts
- Send you marketing communications if you have opted in (you may opt out at any time)
- Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the Service
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
- Enforce our Terms of Service
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your personal information to train AI models without your explicit consent.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:
- Account information: retained until you delete your account plus 30 days
- Analysis history: retained for 12 months by default, or until you delete it
- Payment records: retained for 7 years as required by applicable tax law
- Ask Bullseye conversation history: retained for 90 days then automatically deleted
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information including:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
- Encryption of passwords using bcrypt or equivalent
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Access controls limiting employee access to personal data
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
